The Scope of Work includes the construction of approximately 3,400 lineal feet of 10-inch diameter PVC water main, 125 lineal feet directional bore, creek crossing, associated fire hydrant, valves, fittings, hardware, and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The PWSD No. 3 of Jefferson County anticipates issuing a notice to proceed in October 2025. The Owner Intends to Award the Contract to the Most Responsive, Responsible Bidder Submitting the Lowest Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and To Waive Any Irregularities in the Best Interest of the Owner Question Deadline 07/29/2025
