Bidders Must Secure Their Information as to The Condition of the Site and All Local Conditions Affecting the Work Prior to Submitting Their Proposals. Question Deadline 03/11/2026 All questions shall be directed to Jesse S. Maynard at HMG Engineers, Inc. at (618) 317-2677 or jmaynard@hmgengineers.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid if the Evidence Submitted by, or Investigation of, Such Bidder Fails to Satisfy The Owner That Such Bidder is Properly Qualified to Carry Out the Obligations of the Agreement and to Complete the Work Contemplated Therein.
