The City of Richmond (the "Owner") invites tenders for construction works related to improvements at the intersection of Westminster Highway and Gilley Road. The City of Richmond has taken over the offsite portion of a private development project and this tender is intended to engage a contractor to complete the remaining works, including (but not limited to) canal embankment grading and landscaping, removal and replacement of sections of concrete curb and sidewalk, removal and replacement of streetlighting, asphalt milling and overlay, pavement marking and signage, miscellaneous minor storm and sanitary repairs, and minor traffic signalization works.
