This project provides funding for water main extension along Seippel Rd (from N Westbrook Dr to Pennsylvania Ave) and along Middle Rd (from Seippel Rd to Jonquil Terr). The project includes approximately 11,600 ft of 12" water main and a booster pump station. The utilities have not been requested by property owners for the previously annexed areas and the City does not know when it will be necessary to construct the utilities. Due to this uncertainty, design and construction are budgeted for an initial portion of the work (approximately 6,600 ft of water main) to begin in FY28, with the remainder to be completed following FY32. If the utilities are requested prior to then, the City will adjust the budget as necessary to comply with the requests. The project is included in the City's 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
