Site work for a water / sewer project in St Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Install a new well and pump at 2595 Old Moultrie Road St. Augustine, Florida 32084 in accordance with the specifications provided herein. A new well installed roughly 100 feet below ground o 1.5 - 2 HP motor o 2 HP Liquid End pump o 1 1/4" Drop Pipe o New Motor Starter o Drill cutting on site o Miscellaneous parts (valves, seals, sub wire, etc.) o Labor included Supplier Responsibilities: o Provide all licenses, permits, and insurance as required. o Responsible for any and all locates as required. o Provide all freight to site, lifting/rigging equipment for off-loading and setting of all pieces. o Supplier is responsible for any damages to existing structures caused in the course of the work and shall repair/or replace as necessary, at no additional cost to the County. Project Work Hours: Work activity will be limited to weekdays only: Monday through Thursday between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EDST Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to Aldayne Harriott, Procurement Coordinator at aharriott@sjcfl.us. Questions are due no later than four o'clock (4:00PM) EDST on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner.
