DESC seeks a licensed and bonded fencing company to install a fence and gate to secure the front entrance and courtyard, preventing unauthorized access. This project is subject to State Prevailing Wage requirements. Scope of Services: DESC, the Owner, invites licensed and bonded fencing contractors in Washington State to submit proposals for installing a fence and gate around the front courtyard of the Canaday House building. The project aims to prevent unauthorized access to the courtyard while ensuring compliance with ADA standards. The selected company will be responsible for coordinating and performing all necessary tasks related to the Fence and gate installation including coordinating with any lower subcontractors they plan to use. DESC will evaluate proposals based on the qualifications of the proposed team and their alignment with DESC's mission and values. DESC will shortlist top proposals and may request meetings to further assess the suitability of candidates.
