The Town of Marshfield's Facilities Department is requesting proposals, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law (M.G.L.) chapter 30B - Procurement of Supplies and Services, to enter into an agreement for Cleaning Services for our Town Buildings. We are seeking a reputable and qualified contractor to provide regular building cleaning services to ensure that our buildings are properly cleaned and sanitized to ensure safe conditions are consistently maintained for our employees, residents and visitors. The term of this contract is for one (1) year with two (2) one (1) year options. The contract will commence on September 1, 2025, and terminate on August 31, 2026, if the first Option Year is not executed. The Town of Marshfield reserves the right to cancel this RFP and/or may reject, in whole or part, any and all bids if it is determined that said cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town.
