CSAH 54 Grading and Bituminous Surfacing County State Aid Project No. S.P 031-654-007 / S.P.031-654-009 / S.A.P. 031-654-010 MINNESOTA PROJECT NO. ER MN 24(402) LOCATION: 7 miles North of Nashwauk on CSAH 54, between MN TH 65 and CR 569 The approximate quantities of the major work for Contract 65407 are as follows: Excavation Common (P) 2819 CY Aggregate Base (CV) Class 5 2,960 TON Mill Bituminous Surface (1.5") 1,414 SY Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2;B) 1,803 TON Type SP 19.0 Non Wearing Course Mixture (2;B) 805 TON 36" PC-CS Pipe Culvert 134 LF 48" PC-CS Pipe Culvert 72 LF 54" PC-CS Pipe Culvert 148 LF 60" PC-CS Pipe Culvert 72 LF 72" PC-CS Pipe Culvert 74 LF The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond in an amount which is at least equal to 5% of the total amount and may be submitted electronically using Surety 2000 or InSure Vision Technologies, LLC, or as a hard copy by mail or other delivery method, either as a corporate surety bond or a certified check made payable to the Itasca County Auditor. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
