Reference Number 0000296670 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/30 01:00:00 PM EDT GTAA is issuing this Request for Qualifications to establish Qualified Parties with the necessary experience, qualifications, behaviours and resources to perform the construction management work for the T1/T3 Revitalization Program through the use of a construction manager at risk delivery model (the “Work”). This program will restore and modernize Toronto Pearson’s existing terminals through an extensive series of upgrades. These aim to extend the asset life of the facilities, while optimizing their processing capacity and operational performance, support the implementation of digitalization, and enhance the passenger, retail and employee experience.
