The project includes construction of concrete paving, storm drainage systems, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, street lighting, and all necessary underground utilities. The streets included in the project are as follows: 1. Oakley Street from Montrose Boulevard to Spur 527 2. Woodrow Street from Montrose Boulevard to Spur 527 3. Kyle Street from US-59 to Richmond Avenue 4. Roseland Street from US-59 to Richmond Avenue 5. Stanford Street from US-59 to Richmond Avenue 6. Greeley Street from Spur 527 to Richmond Avenue 7. Jack Street from Spur 527 to Richmond Avenue Pavement reconstruction work shall include the removal and replacement of pavement and curbs, construction of driveways, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, utilities, and traffic control devices. This project shall include all items identified in Document 00410 including, but not limited to, pavement removal and replacement, construction of storm sewers, cleaning of existing Monolithic Reinforced Concrete, MRC, storm sewers and post cleaning CCTV inspection of MRC storm sewers, storm sewer inlets and leads, waterlines, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service lines, trench protection, dewatering, bypass pumping, traffic control, signage and striping, street light conduit, tree protection, stormwater pollution prevention measures, and site restoration. Construction methods for utilities include open cut and trenchless methods. Adjustment to grade of existing manhole frames and covers, inlets, valve boxes, and meters to remain to match construction. Adjustments shall be incidental to related pay items.
