In accordance with the attached terms, conditions, and specifications, it is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive responses from qualified Bidders for janitorial services, with additional emergency work as needed, at seven (7) Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) locations. It is the intention to combine these seven locations into two packages. One package will be for the IBMF, SMF, and SSTT locations, and the second package will be for CHTC, DTS, UNLV, and WCTC. The initial term will be from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four (4) one-year periods. The RTC will evaluate the bid packages separately and award a contract or contracts based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid for each bid package. A Bidder may be awarded one or both packages if deemed the lowest responsive and responsible bid for each package. Question Deadline 07/16/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Questions and Requests for Addendum are to be submitted via NGEM portal by the date and time stated. Questions received after that date will have no guarantee of review. The RTC will post its answers to questions and requests for addenda on the NGEM website by 7/23/2025 06:00 PM (PT).
