The City of Temple (City), Texas is seeking qualified firms to provide maintenance and repair services for the City’s compressed natural gas (CNG) station located at 2625 E Avenue H, Temple, Texas 76501 (the CNG Station). The City is also interested in qualified firms to provide proposals for the following: - Oversee, operate, and maintain the daily functions of the CNG Station. - Maintenance and repair services for the City’s propane dispensing station located at 3210 E Avenue H, Temple, Texas 76501 (the Propane Station). - Supply CNG and/or renewable natural gas (RNG) to the CNG Station. - Process and monetize any renewable energy credits (of any kind, including but not limited to renewable identification number (RIN) D3 credits) (Credits), if any generated and compensating the City for said Credits. The City reserves the right to select any services proposed and determined to be in the best interest of the City. Furthermore, the City reserves the right negotiate any terms and conditions of the resulting contract with the awarded vendor.
