Request for Qualifications should include the firms history, short-form resumes of staff and technical expertise and experience in General Building Design and Site Development Technical Services, including, but not limited to Commercial Building Social Security Build-Out Project, Building Safety Upgrades, Architectural Services, Site Planning and Development, ADA Compliance Legal requirements including the Ohio Revised Code will be the responsibility of the Firm of all projects assigned thereto. Architectural Services and/or Engineering Services may include but not limited to: consultations and advice, feasibility studies, field investigations and data collection, assessments and impact statements, engineering reports, estimates of probable construction cost, preliminary and final designs, drawings, specifications and construction bidding documents, assistance in securing construction bids and awarding contracts, administration and observation, arrangements for or performance of materials and equipment testing, assistance in startup, and operation of facilities, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, appraisals and rate studies, value engineering, expert testimony, and provision of supplemental temporary staff. Request for Qualifications are to be submitted with five (5) copies. All Requests for Qualifications Must Be Identified by Marking General Engineering and/or Architectural Services-social Security Buildout Project - Jefferson County Tower. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.24, It is Now Mandatory That Prior to Awarding of Contracts for Goods, Services or Construction for Jefferson County, a Search Must Be Made on the Finding for Recovery Database of the Auditor of the State of Ohio, to Determine if a Prospective Successful Bidder Has a Finding Against It for Non-payment of an Obligation to the State or Political Subdivision Thereof. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Ohio, may reject any or all of the bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any successful bidder against the County of Jefferson. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Ohio, Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive All Informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
