Renovation of a military facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Subcontractor shall provide general construction services to National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC (NTESS). Subcontractors to partner with and assist in the delivery of minor construction repair and modification work at the Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) site and nearby off-base locations. The Subcontractor shall perform General Construction. All Subcontractor and personnel who perform on-site work during performance of this contract shall be capable of obtaining Department of Energy (DOE) security clearances and be United States citizens. Security clearances for Journeymen and Foremen will initially be given the highest priority. It is anticipated however, that security clearances will be required for most, if not all, on-site personnel. Depending on project size, complexity, and schedule, the Subcontractor can expect to perform multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
