Reference Number 0000392668 The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of qualified companies to furnish utilities system parts and materials as stated herein. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination Question Deadline 07/18/2025 at 9:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online No, Procurement Point of Contact: Kelsey Archuleta Email Address: procurement@brightonco.gov The Term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the date an Agreement is executed by the City. All Services to be performed under said Agreement shall commence promptly after receipt of a fully executed task order to the extent that the Professional has been authorized to proceed by the City. The City, at its sole discretion, may offer annually to extend this Agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year terms provided the Professional has performed the Services satisfactorily and all terms and conditions of the Agreement have been fulfilled. Each extension must be mutually agreed upon in writing, by and between the City and the Contractor, approved by the City of Brighton City Council, and shall be subject to the annual appropriation of funds, therefore. To be considered, the firm will need to price out the base term and each additional optional term, for a total of five (5) years, with the proposal under Fee Schedule. The City reserves the right to supply any or all materials.
