The flood, originating from a broken roof drain, impacted 13 floors, resulting in the removal of drywall and other building materials to prevent further water damage and mold growth. The repairs will focus on replacing the removed drywall, repairing any damaged bathroom fixtures, and restoring the affected areas to full functionality. This will include addressing drywall replacement, painting, and other necessary improvements to ensure the bathrooms are fully operational and meet safety standards. The goal is to restore the building’s facilities to their original state. TIMELINE: A Request for Quote has closed. Award details will not be released.
