**As of September 15th, 2025, the project was awarded to Rogge General Contractors, Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** The proposed - Western Iowa Networks (WIN) Office Area and Storage Facility approximately 18,000 square feet in size will be located northeast of the intersection of Janke Avenue and 315th Street on the north side of Malvern in Mills County, Iowa. a. The Storage Facility will consist of a 13,000 square foot insulated precast concrete wall panels that will be sub-divided into a storage cage, large shop, and wash bay with unit masonry dividing wall. The structure will be sloped steel joists with EPDM roofing and scupper/ downspouts for storm water collection. b. The Office Area will consist of a 5,000 square foot cold-formed metal framed walls, continuous insulation system and formed metal wall panels. The structure will be steel framed, sloped steel joists with EPDM roofing and scupper/ downspouts for storm water collection. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, paging system, and audio/ visual systems shall be included under this contract. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Bid security shall be made payable to Breda Telephone Company. If the bid is accepted and the Bidder neglects or refuses to enter into contract and furnish bond in accordance there with, the bid security will be forfeited.
