**As of August 07, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** 1. Site services, mobilization, demobilization 2. Removal of all asphalt, concrete, and the former building footers 3. Excavation and proper disposal of USTs and UST contents, as needed 4. Excavation, removal, and disposal of contaminated soil 5. Excavation Dewatering and disposal of contaminated groundwater, as needed 6. Sidewalk replacement along Wabash Street adjacent to the site 7. Backfilling and compaction 8. Site restoration DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Excavation, removal and disposal of non-hazardous contaminated soils. Excavation and proper disposal of USTs, if found. Dewatering with on-site containment prior to off-site disposal, as required. Backfilling of excavation and site restoration. Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T.
