The Project includes the following Work: Work consists of replacing approximately 1,345 LF of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer lines through pipe bursting and open trench methods, replacing 6 manholes, and associated appurtenances. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2025 OWRB REAP and ACOG REAP Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement. A Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affadavit, and a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of 5 percent of the gross Bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each Bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders and to successful Bidders upon approval of the Contract and submission of a 100 percent Performance Bond, a 100 percent Statutory Bond, and a 100 percent Maintenance Bond. Each Bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the Town of Orlando/Orlando Public Works Authority, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The Town of Orlando/Orlando Public Works Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Payment shall be Company check or cashier's check made payable to Parkhill, or by credit card.
