To provide labor and materials to update the fire alarm system at The Hi-Rise located at 6-1st St. SW, Watertown, SD 57201. Contractors who qualify for DBE/MBE and WBE status are encouraged to participate and will be given preference as stated in the RFP documents. WHA manages a 60 unit HiRise for the elderly and disabled, 25 single family dwellings, 3 Governor's houses, and administers approximately 300 vouchers under the Section 8 program.
