This security may be in the form of a certified check payable to the "Town of New Castle," a bid bond or cash. If a contract award is made, the Bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds from an acceptable surety company in the total amount of the awarded contract in the form included in the Specifications and Bid/Contract Documents. Please note that a Maintenance Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the bid will be required for a period of two (2) years.
