All materials, hardware, and labor necessary to complete the work shall be included. Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations. 2. Toilet Accessories Contractor shall furnish and install the following ASI restroom accessories: (6) Surface Mounted Shelves with Double Toilet Paper Holder Model: ASI 0697-GAL (4) Surface Mounted Sanitary Waste Dispensers Model: ASI 20852 (4) Surface Mounted Soap Dispensers Model: ASI 0361 All accessories to be installed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and ADA requirements where applicable. 4. Installation Requirements Contractor shall field verify all dimensions prior to fabrication and installation. All partitions and accessories must be securely anchored to substrates capable of supporting imposed loads. Installation must be plumb, level, and true to line. All mounting hardware shall be corrosion-resistant. Clean work area after completion. Remove all debris and protective coverings. Warranty All materials and workmanship shall be warranted for a minimum of one (1) year from date of substantial completion.
