Senior Center Roof Restoration Project Questions concerning this project shall be directed to Billy Shedd of Wharry Engineering, 972-863-9311 or bshedd@wharrytexas.com Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence and labor for construction of the following improvement for the City of Tyler, Texas Due to project design and specifications, and historical significance of the facility this pre bid is mandatory. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the City. See Section 19, "Certificates of Interested Parties". Please Note: All Insurance and bonding provisions requested by the City of Tyler in the provided contract documents are mandatory. The project includes: Restoration coating and ancillary items as specified for the TylerSenior Citizens Center, 1915 Garden Valley Rd, Tyler, TX. 75702.
