Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Commerce, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
Scope of Work The awarded contractor will be responsible for: Complete demolition and removal of the existing school building and associated structures, including (but not limited to) walls, floors, slabs, steps, curbs, sidewalks, piping, and utilities. Safe and lawful disposal of all demolition debris and materials off-site. Restoring the site to a clean, debris-free condition that is suitable for growing grass and has the appearance of a maintained yard. Preserving the existing gymnasium and three portable buildings, which are to remain intact and undisturbed. Safe and compliant removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials, as identified in the asbestos report posted here at online. The contractor assumes all liability associated with the handling, removal, and disposal of asbestos.
