The extent of each type of preformed metal roofing panel as indicated on the drawings and by the provisions of this section. The scope of work includes, but shall not be limited to: preformed metal roof panels, flashing required to weatherproof the system (ridge, hip, valley, cleat, eave, rake wall, rake edge, apron, inside corner, outside corner, gutter, downspout, drip sill, end wall, and other miscellaneous flashing), related accessories necessary for attachment of the roofing system, all butyl tape and sealant used in conjunction with the roofing system, and necessary attachment hardware as required to meet the performance standards and complete the roofing enclosure as indicated by Contract Documents. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Architect who prepared these Contract Documents and to be given consideration, must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The project is turnkey. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, labor, materials, licensures, permits and other incidentals necessary to satisfactorily completion of the project bid to include removal of existing shingles on both structures, install new felt, 26ga. standing seam metal roofing panels, related trim (ridge caps, end rake, drip edge, etc.), hardware and accessories for the installation apartment structures. Each structure is 61' X 34' with a hip roof. This work shall include but may not be limited to removal of all debris and rubbish. The general contractor will be responsible for all supervision governing the satisfactory completion of this project. The Contractor shall be responsible for the completion of all work required at the property Owner as specified in this Invitation for Bids.
