The City would like to receive proposals from qualified firms or individuals who can provide the City of Del Rio with the purchase and delivery of various road materials for Public Works Project. The delivery of the items must be in a reasonable and fair amount of time. The proposals will be evaluated by a committee consisting of staff members using criteria that will be included in the request for proposals. Submissions received after the deadline shall be considered void and unacceptable. Submissions cannot be altered or amended after the submission deadline. Any interlineation, alteration, or erasure made before opening by the City must be initialled by the signer of the submittal, guaranteeing authenticity. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to schedule additional interviews with all or selected submitters and request additional information that may allow them to make a final selection for recommendation for an award. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
