The pump must be insulated for quiet performance (66 dBA at 10 meters), when used at full pumping capacity. The pump must be of superior quality to ensure operation in any emergency situation. Delivery schedule The Successful Bidder must transport and deliver, at its own expense, the pump and all its accessories covered by this contract to the Municipal Garage located at 5900, boul. Saint-Laurent at Sainte-Catherine. This delivery must be made no later than ninety (90) calendar days after the acceptance, by resolution of the City Council, of the submission.
