The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking to acquire the services of technicians to perform corrective repairs for the HVAC unit located at U.S. Coast Guard Station Little Creek. Place of Performance: U. S. Coast Guard Station Little Creek, 1100 Abbott Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23459. Period of Performance: Contractor shall work diligently to complete the entire work, ready for use, within ten (10) working days after contract award. Deadline for questions is Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 11:00 am EST. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Unison Marketplace. Contractor will arrive on site and check in with the customer before mobilizing Chiller. Services include de-energizing the unit and applying lockout/tagout procedures. The contractor will remove the defective condenser coil, expansion valve, and associated driers on circuit 2. New components will be installed, and the system will be recharged to factory specifications per the unit nameplate. Following configuration and test to ensure proper operation, the contractor will clean the work area and check out with the Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE).
