All questions must be submitted in writing and sent to the following address: cfetzer@whitfieldcountyga.com The Whitfield County Board of Commissioners requests proposals from qualified vendors for the repair of access stairways in the County's public parking structure located at King St., Selvidge St., and Pentz St. There is significant rust and deterioration of the stairs that has led to two of the stairways being closed. All four stairways will need some level of repair. The stairs are of steel pan/concrete tread construction. OPE OF SERVICES The Scope of Services consists of performing needed repairs to steel pan/concrete tread stairs and rails at each of the four corners of the parking structure. The work will consist of demolition, obtaining all necessary materials, welding, grinding, painting, mixing and placing new concrete, access control, and workplace safety measures. At least two (2) stairways must be kept open at all times.
