Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marlow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
FY2526 Asphalt Street Resurfacing A cashier's check or a certified check on a solvent bank in Oklahoma or a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the proposal of each bidder. The check or bond shall be made payable to the Owner. All checks or bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. A Maintenance Bond guaranteeing the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the acceptance of the work by the Owner will be required. A Performance Bond and a Statutory Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price each with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner will be required for the faithful performance of the contract, and the bidder shall state in the proposal the name and address of the Surety or Sureties who will sign this bond in case the contract is awarded to him. Copies of required bond forms are included in the bid packet. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in any bid, and award a contract to the bidder who, in the opinion of the Owner, offers a proposal which appears to be in the best interest of the Owner. Questions concerning this project shall be addressed to the City Administrator Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Central Time at (580) 658-5401.
