Renovation of a water / sewer project in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Design and Engineering Services for the MBTAs Engineering and Capital Division. Design and implementation of improvements to various pump rooms. General improvements may include civil, structural, electrical, architectural improvements; replacement of dysfunctional pumps; door replacement; SCADA installation; communications; environmental; and stakeholder engagement. The Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to: a. General Project Management and Administration b. Phase I: Preliminary Design Services c. Phase II: Final Design and Bid Phase Services d. Phase III: Construction Phase Services This project is expected to use Future Federal funding. The DBE participation goal for this project is 0% of the total amount authorized. The Authority strongly encourages the use of Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as prime consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers in all of its contracting opportunities The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
