Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace the existing storefront door system. Remove and replace the existing concrete to ensure ADA compliance and complete all related work. 2. The Contractor is required to pull an encroachment permit from the City of Ukiah for the work in the City Right of Way. 3. The contractor shall provide a proposed work schedule within two (2) weeks of receiving the fully executed contract, addressing work limitations noted in Section 01500. 4. Provide all labor, material, and equipment to complete work as depicted in the drawings, as described in the project manual, or as necessary for a complete and proper installation. The extent of the work as indicated on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications shall include all that may be reasonably inferred to be required for the proper execution or installation of work. Present to the County, at the close of the project, signed copies of all required permits indicating successful completion of all permit requirements. 5.
