Work of this Contract comprises site improvements to the Sexton Campus at the entrance to the Sexton Gym and along Dacosta Row, located at 1360 Barrington Street, Halifax. Work generally includes but is not limited to the removal of existing ramp structure and stone wall, the resurfacing of existing concrete stairs, new cast-in-place concrete retaining wall, curbs and walkways, new handrails, the relocation of trees, shrubs and perennials, and landscape reinstatement.
