Site work and paving for a road / highway in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Asphalt resurfacing of Calhoun Road from Ostrander Road to the Concord Township line. This project includes a 2 inch asphalt overlay with pavement repairs and a minor widening from Ostrander Road to Newhouse Road. The bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. In addition to the Bid Security, a Performance Bond is required for this project in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total project cost. The Owner requires that all work associated with the project be completed before June 30, 2026. The estimated commencement of work date is August 20, 2025. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the Scioto Township Board of Trustees in the best interest of Scioto Township. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 online submission. Every request for such interpretation should be posted on Bid Express in the questions section, and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
