Three (3) Month Non-Encumbered Contract to provide Materials and Installation of Asphaltic Concrete Base and Surface Coarse (Hot Mix/Hot Laid Asphalt - No more than 15% (64/22) recycled material) for the County Commissioners. The bid term will be from September 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025. The County reseserves the rlght to reject any bid that does not comply c with the requirements and specifications of the solicitation. A bid shall be rejected when the bidder imposes terms or conditions that would modlfy requlrements of the sallcitatlon or Iimit the bldders llabillty to the County. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond (Surety Bond) made payable to the Cleveland County Board of County Commissioners drawn on some solvent Bank within the State of Oklahoma, for One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). The surety bond or cash guarantees the County that the Contractor will, if awarded a contract, provide the necessary Performance Bond(s) and properly completed Contracts within the time required by Cleveland County.
