Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nashville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Renovate the lower level of the facility into the 911 Call Center for the County. The work will include non-friable abatement of the existing floor tile and mastic, demolition of designated plumbing, electrical, and partitions, and finishes, constructing new partitions. If awarded this contract at the August 7, 2025 County Board Meeting, the undersigned agrees to be substantially complete with the work no later than the sixty (60) days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Constructing a new ADA compliant single user restroom, new interior doors and kitchen casework, new sanitary piping and plumbing fixtures, a new lay-in panel ceiling system with new lighting, flooring, painting, electrical modifications, and HVAC modifications. Exterior work will consist of connecting the new sanitary line to the existing main. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to Washington County, or a satisfactory bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum to insure completion of the contract. Successful bidders shall be required to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings, or enactments of any governmental authority having jurisdiction. Prevailing wage rates shall apply to work performed in this contract. All workers who perform work at the site will be required to be paid not less than the rates listed by the applicable wage determination. The Washington County Board reserves the right to waive all informalities in the bidding. The contract award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid responsive to the bid conditions. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of the Washington County Board. Contractors are asked to get all questions in by July 31st by 5:00 pm
