Site work and renovation of a civil project in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of August 28, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of construction of the Sleepy Hollow wastewater pumping station and associated piping, and construction of a force main, and electrical work. Separate Bids will be received for the following schedules of Work: B. 1B Electrical Construction. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtain such license as required by State statutes, and Federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that have been barred from competing on public works under General Municipal Law 5A-103-b. Bids will not be accepted from Bidder s determined to be Non-Responsive by the New York State Office of General Services. This Project is a Covered Project under New York State Labor Law 220-I and the Bidder must hold a valid Certificate of Registration from the New York State Department of Labor to submit a bid and at all times for the duration of the Work. Purchase made by Town of Oswego are not subject to any Federal, State or local sales tax. Bidders shall not include in their bid sales and compensating use taxes on the cost of materials. Exemption certificates will be executed upon request. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
