Site work for a mixed-use development in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 9/25/2025, this project has not yet been awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded in mid-October. Provide security fencing and gates, a concrete safe dispersal area pad, walkways with steps/rails and ADA compliant ramps, erosion control, grading, storm drainage, and electrical work associated with electronic gate locks and Owner-provided access control systems. Construction Cost Range: $300,000 to $375,000 Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: The Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
