The Work under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, and related items to complete golf cart path reconstruction projects at two (2) separate facilities within the County System. Each location has specific requirements for site/construction limits and coordination with Owner's representative to maintain public access during construction. Prospective bidders should thoroughly review bid documents for specific information. The Work shall include: a. Traffic and erosion control. b. Sawcutting existing cart path. c. Pulverizing, reusing and/or removal and disposal of existing cart path. d. Excavation, grading, and layout of new cart path. e. Placement of Geogrid. f. Placement of base aggregate. g. Placement of asphaltic pavement. h. Site restoration - topsoil, seed, and erosion mat. Bid Bond 10% Scope of Work.
