This mandate pertains to the refurbishment of finishes and the waterproofing of the cast-in-place concrete structure designed to house a scientific instrument used by the CSA. This instrument, referred to as the transponder, will be removed by CSA prior to the commencement of the work and reinstalled upon its completion. The contractor will be responsible for removing all other components necessary to carry out the work. The electromechanical documentation outlines the requirements for the dismantling and reinstallation of these components, as well as the addition of a wall-mounted unit connected to the building. The scope of intervention is limited. The building will be fully vacated for the duration of the work. It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.
