Clearwater Ranch Phase 1 Utilities Bid Package Anticipated Start Date is June 1, 2025. for the work necessary for the utility construction for the Clearwater Ranch Phase 1 residential development in Denton County, Texas. Certified/Cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. The amount of said cashier's check or bond will be forfeited to the Owner and the bank or surety shall be liable to the Owner for the amount in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within fifteen (15) days after the date of notice of award. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
