As of 8/8/25 all bids rejected. A timeline for the rebid has not yet been established. sealed bids will be received by the Township of Frankford for PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO FOX HILLROAD - SECTIONS II & III COMBINED in the Township of Frankford. The principal items of work to be constructed along with approximate quantities are as follows: o Borrow Excavation In Berms: 153 Cu. Yd. o Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64, Variable Thickness in Leveling:472 Tons o Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64, 2" Thick, Surface Course: 590 Tons o Dense Graded Aggregate in Widening Areas, 6" Thick: 192 Tons o Topsoiling 2" Thick, Seeding, Fertilizing &Straw Mulching: 2,009 Sq. Yd. o Other Items Prospective Bidders shall telephone at least twenty-four (24) hours, or at least one (1) business day, in advance to reserve Bidding Documents, Plans, and Specifications. Bids must be made on Standard Proposal Forms in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and name of the Project on the outside: addressed to the "Township Clerk" for the Township of Frankford and clearly marked on the outside "BID FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO FOX HILL ROAD - SECTIONS II & III COMBINED", and must be accompanied by a notarized Non Collusion Affidavit; Consent of Surety; Disclosure Statement; Bid Checklist - Administrative Documents; Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, provided said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 (twenty thousand dollars) nor shall it be less than $500.00 (five hundred dollars); Business Registration Certificate, provided by the New Jersey Division of Revenue according to State of New Jersey Mandate P.L. 2004 c.57 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) for the bidder and proposed subcontractors; Statement of Corporate Ownership pursuant toN.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2; listing of Subcontractors as required by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-16; if applicable, Bidder's Acknowledgment of Receipt of any Notice(s) of Revision(s) or Addenda to an Advertisement, Specifications, or Bid Documents; Certification Regarding Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia and Iran Pursuant to P.L.2022, c.3; and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. By Order of the Township Committee. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications or other proposed contract documents, he may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery and to be considered must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date set for the opening of bids.
