Quantity Unit Description Base Bid - Storm Sewer Replacement 500.00 L.F. 48" ADS HP Storm Dual Wall Pipe 1.00 EA. 6' Dia. Storm Sewer Manhole w/ Fr. & Cover 1.00 L.S. Demolish & Remove Structures & Piping 20.00 S.Y. Concrete Repair 28.00 S.Y. Asphalt Repair Alternate Bid No. 1 1.00 L.S. Remove & Replace Concrete Driveway at SW Corner of Boynton Ave and US-66 Completion- 90 consecutive calendar days. Bidder further agrees to pay $1500.00 Base Bid - Storm Sewer Replacement 1. 48" ADS HP Storm Dual Wall Pipe This item shall be paid for on a linear foot unit price bid and paid at plan quantity. This item shall be the trenching, shoring, dewatering, all backfill, disposal of excess material, and incidentals as required to construct the storm sewer conduit. Pipe bedding and backfill shall be 1" crusher run. All pipe bedding and backfill shall be included in the unit price for 48" HP pipe. This item shall include all materials, labor, and equipment incidental thereto in accordance with the Plans and Technical Provisions. 2. 6' Dia. Storm Sewer Manhole w/ Fr. & Cover This item shall be paid for on a per each price bid. Thisitem shall be the furnishing and installation of a standard sanitary sewer manhole complete in place including excavation and all materials and labor incidental thereto in accordance with Oklahoma City Standard Specifications. This item shall include ring, frame, bench, excavation, backfill, and incidentals thereto 3. Demolish & Remove Structures & Piping This item shall be paid on a lump sum unit bid price and shall include the removal and disposal of items shown to be demolished on the plans, including but not limited to the existing manholes and drainage structures. 4. Concrete Repair This item shall be paid for on a per square yard bid. This item will be the removal of existing concrete pavement, as required by plans, and replacement to match existing complete in place including all materials, labor, and equipment incidental thereto in accordance with the Plans and Technical Provisions. This item shall include concrete material, subgrade, sawcutting, excavation, backfill, compaction, hauling, placing, fine grading and clean up, complete in place including all materials and labor incidental thereto in accordance with the Plans and Technical Provisions. Payment shall be made for plan quantity. Care shall be taken to ensure that the widths of cuts required by trenching and pavement repair standard details are not exceeded. Necessary steps shall be taken to ensure that Contractor's equipment does not damage pavement outside the width of any cut. Any damage that occurs to pavement outside the width of the cut as a result of work done by Contractor must be repaired at Contractor's expense. 5. Asphalt Repair This item shall be paid for on a per square yard price bid. This item will be the removal of existing asphalt, as required by plans and replacement with full depth asphalt to match existing. This item shall include asphalt material, subgrade, saw cutting, excavation, backfill, compaction, hauling, placing, fine grading and clean up, complete in place including all materials and labor incidental. Alternate Bid No. 1 10. Remove & Replace Concrete Driveway at SW Corner of Boynton Ave and US-66 This item shall be paid for on a per lump sum price bid. This item will be the removal and replacement of the concrete driveway at the southwest corner of Boynton Avenue and US-66, complete in place including but not limited to concrete removal, concrete material and placement, forming, steel reinforcement, curing, transverse RCB wall accommodation, sodding, erosion control measures, and all materials and labor incidental thereto in accordance with the Plans and Technical Provisions.
