Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a 20,520-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; 40,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Upgrades and repairs to the owner's facilities. The scope of the project includes the expansion of the levels 3, 4 and 5 and interior renovation the fifth floor of the Engineering Faculty located in the C1 building. The project also includes the renovation of the tunnel entrance located east of building C1, on the east side of platform 1. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services to complete preliminary studies, conceptual design, preliminary plans and working drawings preparation and construction work monitoring has been awarded following request for proposals # US-23-C1-1087-00A. Reference number: 20084371. Contract for structural engineering services has been awarded following request for proposals # US-23-C1-1087-00IS. Reference number: 20084618. Contract for mechanical and electrical engineering services has been awarded following request for proposals # US-23-C1-1087-00IME. Reference number: 20084449. Tender and construction schedules will be established at a later date. Further update in spring, 2026.
