Reference Number 0000393127 The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified contractors to furnish balcony improvements for the Joseph Coach Buildings (A, B and C) at the Warren Senior Housing Facility per the bid form and specifications. The scope of the project includes selective demolition and repairs to existing balconies and porches at the Joseph Coach Manor. The work includes concrete foundations, wood framing, structural steel, and siding/trim repairs. There are (3) buildings included in this work scope, with balconies on the 2nd and 3 rd floors, porches at the 1 st floor. All balconies and porches will be included in work scope as shown.
