Questions Due Date: Aug 6th 2025, 5:00 PM CDT Any questions shall be submitted through online. Rehabilitation of the Meadows elevated storage tank (EST), a 750,000-gallon tank, constructed in 1984. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior blasting and recoating of all surfaces, minor modifications to riser pipe, and modifications to entry door and tank hatches. Proposals must be accompanied by an acceptable bid security as outlined in the Instructions to Proposers, payable to the City of Round Rock, Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposals received.
