**As of August 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Independent Grannas Bros., with an awarded amount of $1,089,721.29** Bethel Township Supervisors will receive proposals for the following: 200 S.Y. Milling of Bituminous Pavement. 7,902 ton Superpave Binder course, 19.0mm, in place. 4,772 ton Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5 mm, in place. 3,817 ton Aggregate Shoulder, in place. 3,436 gal. Prime Coat with AE-P/E-1 prime emulsified asphalt. The PA Prevailing Wage ACT applies to this project only if the bid amounts exceed $100,000. Liquidated damages of $975 will apply. Proposals must be received on forms provided by the municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
