Responses From Any Private for-profit Business Entity or Private Non-profit Organization to Pilot a Pima County Sobering Alternative for Recovery (Safr) Center Sobering Facility. The SAFR Center will be a 24/7, low-barrier facility that uses trauma-informed care, peer support, and a no wrong door approach to provide safe stabilization and connection to services. Question Deadline - 08/03/2025: Proposers must submit any questions or deviation requests to the attention of Christina Drennan at Christina.Drennan2@pima.gov. All submittals must reference the Solicitation Number and Title. County may not answer any questions that Proposers submit within eight (8) days of the solicitation Due Date/Time
