Valley View Rd. (CH25) Resurfacing PID 116703 Disadvantaged Business (DBE) Requirement. DBE participation goals (Subcontracts, materials, supplies) have been set on this project for those certified as DBE's pursuant to Title 23, U.S.C. Section 140(c) and 49 CFR, Part 26, and qualified to bid with ODOT under Chapter 5525 of the Ohio Revised Code (O.C. R.). The DBE Goal is 8% Prequalification Bidders must apply for prequalification with the department (ODOT) at least 30 days (for joint ventures, 5 days if both are currently prequalified) before the date set to open bids.
