Replacement of the Automatic Front Gate The Maryland State Highway Administration's District - 4 Hereford Maintenance Complex located at 306 Mt. Carmel Road, Monkton, MD 21111. Is soliciting a bids for a Contractor to remove / dispose of the existing 48' 2"x 7' 9' cantilever HDG gate and furnish and install a new 48' 2" x 7'9'' cantilevering aluminum gate including an aluminum internal trolley system that serve a (41.8') opening, barb wire and a new Lift Master or approved equal gate operator. The location of the project is at the Administration's District - 4 Hereford Maintenance Complex front entrance. Vendors should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing similar services. All work shall be complete within 30 calendar days from the NTP. The successful contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, shoring, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work in accordance with this specification and scope of work in the manner called for, and to the satisfaction of the State Highway Administration Office of Maintenance (OOM). Vendor is to use best practices established in the construction industry to perform this work. All work to be done in a safe manner, adhering to OSHA, MOSH, codes/regulations and standards. Vendor shall be licensed to perform work in the State of Maryland.
